"Internal IP address" config option missing - SSO not works

Joomla 1.5.23
Moodle 2.5.1+
Joomdle 0.9

After more than a year in production, SSO stopped working.
In Joomdle System Check I found that Joomdle Web Service got error "Source IP not allowed: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx."
I know that the solution for this is to set up Internal IP address in Joomdle general config option, but on Joomdle config page there is no "Internal IP address" field anymore. See attached screenshot.

Anyone got a clue what happened ?

Problem solved.
Service provider changed server IP address.
Entering new server IP address in Xmlrpc - Joomdle plugin makes system check all green and SSO working.
