i rechecked for more than 3 times perhaps from joomdle installation in the wiki pages.
so, today for 10 hours i tried installing and configuring moodle 2.3 and joomdle r09 in joomla 2.5.8 stable.
and im using community builder 1.9

got an error in system check in joomdle.

Joomdle Web Services
> display error

everything else OK!

XMLRPC PHP Extension
Joomdlehooks User Plugin enabled
Allow URL fopen
Joomla to Moodle HTTP connectivity

At the joomdle system check, it displays red at the joomdle web services.

All except the joomdle web services displays green.

Also checked the system check error solution in the joomdle wiki.

Thinking of doing everything again from moodle installation.

I thought by now it should be easier to integrate moodle to joomla using joomdle.

Anyone with similar problems and had solve all of the joomdle-moodle installation n configuration?

You don't get any messages in the web services check?

As for it being easier: Joomdle installation is straight forward if the server has everthing correctly set up. Most configuration problems are related to server config (PHP, firewalls, IPs...)

The access denied is ok, as you are checking from home, and your IP is not authorized.

404 usually means some problem in Moodle side setup: functions missings or other not joomdle functions added, problems with the user....
I would delete the service in Moodle, and create it again.

do i need to edit this? i'm not so sure...

You need to add your site IP to Moodle XML-RPC trusted hosts list

You must add your site IP to the Moodle trusted XML-RPC hosts list, in Moodle Admin->Networking->XML-RPC Hosts

www.joomdle.com/en/forum/r08-support/912...-joomdle-auth-plugin

now all the joomdle system check are green.... what a relief....

my advice to guys from joomdle, put a step by step installation in details. otherwise more people will be lost like me... better yet, put a video tutorial....

well, now i'm off to configuring joomdle and moodle...

Thanks a lot to u antonio.... we'll meet again on the next problem.... hahaha... (hopefully no more problems)

by the way, if let say i want to make my joomla, joomdle and moodle in multi-language, what would u suggest me do??? i'm thinking of joomfish....
