Course Approval Process was created by Leisa Watkins
It looks like the course approval process is done on a course-by-course basis. I am assuming because often times a teacher is the one doing approving.
We, however, need the student's counselor to approve the courses on a student by student basis. How could we do that?

Requests are approved by user. First you select the course, and then you can approve/reject requests in that course.
This can only be done in the backend right now.

The problem is that we need to bypass the step of clicking on the course and want to do it by viewing a users courses all at once.
A counselor needs to view all the courses a student is in and then say yes you may take this course, or no you may not. By having requiring to go to the course first will cause a lot of extra work load. We have 25 different counselors who would have to all over 500 courses every day during the registration process and try to approve or disapprove those.
We are willing to pay for this type of functionality as this would cause us a lot of extra work to go first to the course.
