I've maybe found the problem.
I've tried to install whole clean Joomla, with English and even Czech, Joomdle, Jomsocial in mentioned versions, classical configuration and it runs - works ok, no misconfiguration error.
But in the begining I forget to mention, that I have different type of Joomla's user authentification, that is not implemented in the Joomla core in stable version, it's 'own' type of authentification. So when I've tried to implement the different authentification to clean Joomla, it stopped working again, so there is a problem in the authentification.

I am sorry, but if you are using custom mods that break Joomdle, I won't be able to help.

It was own mod applied on Joomla authentification, not on Joomdle and even not on Moodle.
The problem was in another type of authentification and there was some collision with Joomla's tokens which are used for Joomdle <-> Moodle authentification.
So I rewrote the another type of authentifiaction and now, everything works fine. The Joomdle and Moodle is successfully connected, system check is all ok and the Joomla shows everything from Moodle what I've wanted to show.
According to this, Antonio, thanks for every help above and for the great well written Joomdle component too.
