I don't understand the mapping.
I have redirected Joomla registration to the Hikashop plugin in order to gather 'lastname' 'city' and 'country.
Using this method allows a new user to pass from joomla to moodle without being forced to the moodle 'Edit Profile' page on the first visit to their course. Success, that's exactly what happens.
However, when I look at the users profile in moodle I see that the 'lastname' is complete, but that 'city' and 'country remain blank, yet the user can access the course without these being filled.
So here's my questions:
1. Is this correct. Would / should 'city' and 'country' remain blank when viewed in moodle and what happens...
2. When a moodle report such as 'certificate' or any other routine tries to retrieve the 'city' and 'country' data?
Note: I tried mapping joomla address_city with moodle city and joomla address_country with moodle country but that didn't do the trick.
