Course contents appears for seconds and then dissappear

If I open the same course in Chrome the code is:

Notice the different height. This is the right value.

A Joomdle user, Jorge, kindly sent me a fix for this issue that a developer, Nitin Agrawal, created for him.
It involves modifying moodle files, instead of joomdle. I took a quick look, but as I am not a Javascript guy, I didn't get to know what this does
You can try it and report back if it works for you.

In Internet Explorer that Module Scorm doesn't opens in total in Joomdle Wrapper. In Chrome and Firefox works good.

Affected file:-
1. moodle20/mod/scorm/player.php

New added JS file
2. moodle20/mod/scorm/json2.js

files which you send to us didn't worked to me. I have checked css file in the google and changed it, it also didn't worked to me. Please help us to over come problem.

En mi caso utilizo J! 2.5.9, Moodle 1.9.19 y Joomdle 0.9

Alguna idea de cómo resolver este problema?

Por otro lado, cuando creo un menú para ver los cursos de una categoría en específico, los cursos se muestran bien, pero cuando trato de abrir algún vínculo algunos se ven directamente en moodle y otros en jooomla.

Cómo puedo resolver esto?
