Student Not Enrolled in Course

Joomla 2.5.8, Moodle 2.2.3, Joomdle 0.9

I recently upgraded to Joomdle 0.9 and now my users are not being added to course. I even manually created a user and it is still not working. The user is showing they have a moodle, joomdle and joomla account. The user is appropriately placed in the correct user group as well. When I go to Moodle, it shows that the student is enrolled on the Moodle site, however, not into the specific course.

I upgraded as per the instructions and all of the system checks are okay. I have tried to figure this out. I even created another course and still user gets put on the site but not the specific course. Joomdle is an enrollment method for the course. Can you please help? Thanks!

what are you using for enrloments? a shop component?

No shop integration. I am using an auto action in Community Builder (1.9) to add people who register to the appropriate user group based on a chosen field. I have joomdle set to automatically create users in moodle for joomla registrations. Even when I manually add them to joomla, students still cannot access course.

If you are not enroling them to the course, how are they supposed to be able to access it?

I thought Joomdle enrolled them in the course if the person had an account in Joomdle, Moodle and was set to the appropriate user group. This is apparently not the case based on your comment.

No, you need to enrol the users in the courses you want, and that will put them in the appropiate joomla groups, i fou have that configured.
The other way around is not true.
