Joomla users in to moodle

I am using joomla 2.5.9 moodle 2.2.5 joomdle 0.9
System health check are green
all users are showing green signal as migrating with joomdle
hikashop is working ok

my problem is joomla users are shown blank in moodle
so hikashop process is not auto enrolling

i have mapped the fields with cb fname, lname, city and phone no with moodle fields but showing blank

please resolve my problem of user integration with moodle and hikashop auto enrolling to course.

Have you configured Moodle for manual enrollment, joomdle enrollment?
Have you configured the course with a fee?
Does Hikashop work well for non moodle courses?
When you buy a course, just the order show as completed?

I think the problem is user synchronization between joomla and moodle.

There are 245 joomla cb registered users which have synchronized with moodle and joomdle. Every user showing green mark. But when checking in moodle admin browser list its only showing username of users and nothing synchronized first name, last name etc.

I have mapped fields of cb first name, last name, city, mobile with moodle fields.
If user is not synchronized then I think its not possible to auto enroll with moodle course.

Please guide me how to solve the situation.

If the order is confirmed and you are not enroled, I don't know what the problem might be, sorry.
