[Solved] Users not enrolled to Courses after Purchase was created by Harrie Phillips
Hi
Joomla version 3.4
Virtuemart Version - 3
After purchasing the course via Virtuemart, Users are not enrolled to the course
Please advise

First thing to check is that you have looked through these

I confirm, check list below done
Course is in the right category as configured in Joomdle
Manual enrolment plugin is enabled in course
Joomdle shop integration plugin (joomdlevm2, joomdlehikashop, ...) is installed and enabled
Order is being confirmed in shop
"Buy courses for children" is not enabled
I have also referred to few other forum posts , but problem remains the same

However, users are enrolled to a test course created in a new course category "test" and then imported to VM shop
So not sure about the error with other category and courses

Hi.
If enrolment is working for a course on purchase, it should work for the rest, as long as they are on the same category in VM and order is confirmed in shop.
If you cannot get it to work you can send credentials to development@joomdle.com and I will take a quick look.

After changing product SKU number to same as Course ID in moodle for each of the products, as per your suggestion, enrollment is happening now
