VM 3.0.16 not enrolling purchasers into moodle

I am having the same problem with the following environment:
Apache/2.4.23 (Amazon) PHP/7.0.13
Moodle 3.2, Joomdle 1.0.8, Joomla 3.6.5.

The first problem is:
The course price is 0 and virtuemart is showing a alert that I have no payment method.
After it, I confirmed my order, but I didn´t receive any e-mail and I wasn´t enrolled in my course.
I had a different time zone, but I fixed it and the error persisted.

I added the standard payment method and the problem related with the payment method was fixed, and I received the e-mail, however, I wasn't enrolled in my course.
I also have Community Builder installed and configured with the last release.

Could you help me?

I moved your post to its own topic, as most likely it won't be related to the other problem.

Please check order is in state "Confirmed" in VM backend.
Also go to the course in Moodle, and check "enroled users" section, to see if enrolment is there

The order wasn't with the status confirmed. I changed it manually, but the student is not enrolled. I checked it in the moodle environment.
I believe other important information is that my moodle and joomla isn't on the same domain and I have Community Builder installed.

The problem was the "Buy courses for children" was enabled and I wasn't using it.
