just a thought : I use Slogin in Joomla (joomla 3.9.0 / php 7.2.10 stable) to allow users to log with others accounts and Slogin use Curl. Is there a possiblity that there is a compatibilty problem ?

You can try using normal joomla login module to log in with a normal user account.
Also check Joomdle->Users to make sure the testing user has checks in all 3 columns.

Everything is ok now.
The only thing I change and so, I think it is the solution of my problem is a parameter in the user config.(modern instead of heritage)
