Then I think it something related to this ISP configuration, as no other people are reporting this problem :(

I just made a quick test to know if something needed to be done for manual install, and in fact it is.

I just prepared another packahe for manual installations, so if you could test it and it works, I will make it available for download in case someone else finds the same problem.

I attach it here, let me know how it goes, please.

Installation was possible using a new Joomdle package created for manual installation.

If anyone reding this needs it, it is here:
sourceforge.net/projects/moodle-joomla/f...install.zip/download

You need to unzip it, and install all contained packages, one by one.
