ok, I solved my silly problem. I did not complete the step in "Joomla Prerequisites" "Activate Moodle Network Authentication in Authentication Plugins"...DUH!

Hi. If it says mnet is not enabled, you should enable it in Moodle.
Check the docs and lok for: enable Moodle Network

Hello!
the same problem of mine: XML-RPC Error (7015)
my joomla host is 62.201.103.238 and my moodl host is 62.201.103.238/moodl
Onto getting out of a step I made everything, which is needed for the setup,. Please help me, where I may ruin it! :S

Try this then:
- Remove joomdle folder in moodle/auth
- Visit Notifications
- Put folder back in place
- Visit Notifications. What do you get?

I am seeing a 7021 error in your site now, not 7015.

It is a prior message. I mean: this had to be working before, so the 7015 error appeared.
You need to add your site ip (public or internal, it depends) to your moodle config (xml-rpc hosts)
